1. SHIPPING CHARGES
Online Payment (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallets):
→ FREE SHIPPING on all orders, no minimum order value required.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
→ A flat handling charge of ₹40 is applicable on all COD orders.
We encourage online payment for faster processing and to save on delivery charges.

2. DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently ship across all pin codes in India.
We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside India and wish to order, please contact us at oramelife@gmail.com.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During sale events or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking link.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Remote / Tier-3: 7–10 business days after dispatch

5. COURIER PARTNERS
We work with reputed logistics partners including but not limited to:
• Delhivery
• Shiprocket
• BlueDart
• DTDC
• India Post (for remote areas)
We reserve the right to choose the courier partner based on your delivery location and order type.

6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
• A dispatch confirmation via email/SMS
• A tracking number and courier partner name
• A link to track your shipment in real time
You can also track your order by visiting www.oramelife.com or by contacting us with your order ID.

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery is unsuccessful:
• The courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• If all attempts fail (due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept), the package will be returned to us.
• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, or a refund will be issued after deducting original shipping and return shipping costs.
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged:
• Please photograph the package and product immediately upon delivery.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oramelife@gmail.com with photos and your order ID.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:
• Contact us within 48 hours.
• We will initiate an investigation with the courier and resolve within 5–7 business days.
