1. CANCELLATION POLICY
Before Dispatch:
• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
• To cancel, email us at oramelife@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID.
• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
• COD orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed without any charge.
After Dispatch:
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• You may initiate a return once the product is delivered (subject to our return conditions below).

2. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:
• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Product is expired at the time of delivery
• Product packaging is tampered or broken upon arrival
NOT Eligible for Return:
• Opened or partially used products (unless defective)
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Products without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer
• Free gifts, promotional items, or sample products
Return Window:
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email oramelife@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product to our address.
4. Return shipping is free for defective or wrong products. For other approved returns, return courier charges may apply.

3. REFUND POLICY
Refund Methods:
Prepaid Orders (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet):
→ Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days of return approval.
COD Orders:
→ Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer / UPI. Please provide your bank account details or UPI ID when requesting a refund.
Refund Timeline:
• Refund is initiated within 2–3 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
• The amount reflects in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Partial Refunds:
• In certain cases (e.g. partially damaged multi-pack), we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
Refund for Cancelled Orders (before dispatch):
• Full refund issued within 5–7 business days.

4. REPLACEMENT POLICY
We offer free replacement (instead of refund) in the following cases:
• Defective or damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
Replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days of return approval, subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

5. NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
Please note that we are unable to process returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor colour or shade variations due to screen display differences
• Products bought during clearance or final sale (marked as non-returnable)
• Claims made after 7 days of delivery
