ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q: Is COD available?
A: Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India. A handling charge of ₹40 applies on all COD orders. Online payment orders ship for free.
Q: Can I modify my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement and before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at oramelife@gmail.com with your order ID.
Q: I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't find it, contact us with the email address used to place the order and we'll resend it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3–5 business days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes — all prepaid (online payment) orders ship for FREE with no minimum order value. COD orders carry a ₹40 handling charge.
Q: Do you ship outside India?
A: Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is not available yet.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email/SMS. You can use that to track your order on the courier's website.
Q: My order shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. We will investigate with the courier and resolve within 5–7 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Email us at oramelife@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of return approval and reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Q: Can I get a refund on a COD order?
A: Yes — refunds for COD orders are processed via Bank Transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank/UPI details when raising the request.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Contact us immediately with your order ID.

Q: What is in Orame ACV & Moringa Fizz Tablets?
A: Each tablet contains Apple Cider Vinegar (6% Acetic Acid), Moringa Extract, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12. No added sugar, no maltodextrin, 100% vegan.
Q: How do I use the tablets?
A: Drop 1 tablet into 200ml of cold or normal water. Wait for it to dissolve completely (about 2–3 minutes). Drink and enjoy. Take 1 tablet daily, preferably before a meal.
Q: Are there any side effects?
A: Our tablets are made from natural, clinically backed ingredients and are generally well-tolerated. However, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication, please consult your doctor before use.
Q: Is it suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
A: Yes, Orame ACV & Moringa Fizz Tablets are 100% vegan and vegetarian.
Q: Are the tablets gluten-free?
A: Yes, our products are gluten-free and non-GMO.
Q: What is the shelf life of the product?
A: The shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture. Please check the packaging for the exact expiry date.
Q: Can I take more than 1 tablet per day?
A: We recommend 1 tablet per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Q: Does the tablet contain sugar?
A: No. Our tablets contain 0g of added sugar and only approximately 14 calories per serving.
Q: What flavour is it?
A: Green Apple — refreshing and light, not overpowering.
